COVID-19: Confirmed cases against recovered percentage (30/03/2020)

Spent last two days preparing the chart below on D3j and I'm still improving it.

In this scatter plot I have used confirmed COVID-19 cases against the recovered percentage (as at 30-03-2020). The goal for any country would be to be at the bottom of the chart and move towards the right. (I have highlighted Sri Lanka.)

Observations: It clearly shows that China has moved to the "recovered" zone while the UK, US, and few other European countries are still in the "danger" zone.
